![]() ![]() Judging by what we see of it, it wasn't heavily developed, it seems only a single primary chamber exists (though what look like caved in doorways do appear inside). He was definitely alive and a Jedi I'd imagine Tanalorr wasn't a well known thing amongst the Jedi overall. ![]() If they truly felt the need for Boba to be a key player and a good guy, I'd rather have seen him join the Mandalorians in taking back Mandalore, whether because he decided to care or it was just a job, a debt to be repaid, whatever. Considering we have a galaxy, I imagine there's so many different planets with different atmospheres and life in them, stuff that doesn't resemble Earth's biomes. At least the Sequel Trilogy gave us Tatooine 2.0 aka Jakku (I always considered Finns "whys everybody always want to go back to Jakku!?" A low key diss at the fact Star Wars keeps revisiting desert planets lol). We have an entire galaxy of planets, why are we still going to Tatooine 46 years after it's first appearance lol. The fact is, the New Republic gets destroyed by the First/Final Order no matter what, meaning the best case scenario for Tatooine is it staying independent worst case it's destroyed or invaded by the First Order. Having Jaba killed meant uncertainty for the planets future, and that's fine. We've seen Tatooine in the OT and the PT we know it's a shitty place where slavery's openly allowed and a lot of criminals gather. Since Morrison is technically Jango, Boba, and all Clone Troopers, they could have Boba as a character sort of take a back seat while Morrison plays more actively as Clone Troopers, having Boba serve in a role similar to Jaba (no actual shows about him or anything, but still having a presence that's more focused, with characters interacting with him out of necessity and such)Įxactly, perfectly said "a story that didn't need to be told". Perhaps the conclusion of the Mando-verse will culminate with Mandalore gaining its power back as a planet, Boba endorsing it on behalf of Tatooine similarly to how the planet Jack Black and Lizzo are from said they'd do the same. I was entirely cool with him siding with Fennic and dressed/fighting like a Sand Person in Mando because he clearly lost is armor after RotJ, but after that it was too much benevolence and honor I'd have equally enjoyed him just going around blasting people in a bounty hunter fashion (but I think the problem is Din Djarin sort of filled that role with the Mando show, he's technically a bounty hunter as well). The series promises to show us Jedi explorers adventuring into new frontiers of space while facing off a new enemy faction known as the Nihil, which look a lot like space Vikings.Precisely. But while it’s a good time to be the Republic, not all corners of the galaxy have been annexed into the galactic government yet. The High Republic centers on a new group of Jedi working to protect the galaxy during a golden age for the Order. It felt like a daunting and enormous responsibility to embark on and get right.” “Also, to really make sure that the new look was believable, as this is really the first time that there has been an opportunity to update his look and his clothing. “The goal was to update Yoda, but to be careful and be true to the Yoda that we all know and love,” said Troy Alders, Lucasfilm art director, of the new design. ![]() While some of his Jedi counterparts in the High Republic era are dressed in fancy robes with gold trim, Yoda’s leeping it simple: It isn’t vastly different from his look in the Star Wars Prequels. Who’s ready for a Yoda road trip? Lucasfilm also went into detail about the Jedi Master’s High Republic design.
